Sometimes, kids want a very simple food, and the food puree that uses multiple veggies can be a solid idea. It’s a classic breakfast for babies, not very complex, but healthy and full of great ingredients. Plus, the fact that you can prepare it even if you’re in a rush can be a huge advantage. We do recommend starting with a few veggies at first and then slowly adding more and more if your child likes the recipe.

Directions
- You want to select the veggies that you want to add to your puree. Cook them in the pressure cooker or bake/steam them until they are very tender and soft.
- Now, you want to transfer them into a blender and then blend these vegetables until their consistency is very thin.
- You don’t want to drain the stock since it’s full of nutrients. Instead, leave it in!
- Now, you can add some formula or boiled water to help thin the puree consistency. Leave it to cool down for a little bit, and then you can feed your baby!
