Mango is very good for your child’s vision and articulation while also bringing anti-inflammatory properties. It’s also sweet, something that babies like quite a bit. Plus, the combination of rice and mango makes it incredibly tasty, not to mention a delight for kids and even adults as well. The recipe is a lot of fun to prepare, and many of us will enjoy trying it out again and again!
Mango And Rice Porridge

A cup of diced and sliced mangoes
1 (1½) cup(s) of rice
3-4 water cups
1 cup of milk or formula (optional)
Directions
- Boil the rice and water; you want the rice to be properly cooked. When you see that your rice starts boiling, you can blend some mangoes to form a puree.
- After the rice water starts to boil, you want to simmer the flame and then leave the rice in there to cook for up to 5 minutes. You can add the mango puree and the milk (optional) to it. Cook for 2-3 more minutes and stir in between.
- In the end, you can serve the porridge to your child.
