Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mango and plain Greek yogurt. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add honey to the mixture.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mango yogurt mixture into small silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling each mold halfway. You can add a wooden ice cream sticks or serve in cups.
- Place the molds or trays in the freezer and let the mango yogurt bites set for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove the mango yogurt bites from the molds or trays and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
