Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • ¼ cup of milk

  • ½ cup of chopped broccoli

  • ½ cup of cheddar cheese

  • pepper & salt

Directions

  • Start by heating the oven to around 375 degrees
  • Add 8 muffin tins and spray to prevent them from sticking
  • Put the milk and eggs in a bowl, then whisk
  • Add the pepper, salt, cheese and broccoli
  • Stir until everything is incorporated. Pour the mixture into the cups, but ensure they are ¾ full, not completely full.
  • Bake for around 20 to 25 minutes. You will know when to remove them because the cheese is golden brown, and the eggs are set.
  • Once they cool down, you can serve!
