Broccoli Egg Muffins

6 large eggs
¼ cup of milk
½ cup of chopped broccoli
½ cup of cheddar cheese
pepper & salt
Directions
- Start by heating the oven to around 375 degrees
- Add 8 muffin tins and spray to prevent them from sticking
- Put the milk and eggs in a bowl, then whisk
- Add the pepper, salt, cheese and broccoli
- Stir until everything is incorporated. Pour the mixture into the cups, but ensure they are ¾ full, not completely full.
- Bake for around 20 to 25 minutes. You will know when to remove them because the cheese is golden brown, and the eggs are set.
- Once they cool down, you can serve!
