A ripe banana
½ cup Milk
1 egg
2 tbsp Coconut oil or butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup of whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Start by mashing the banana, and then add it with vanilla, coconut oil, egg and milk into a medium bowl. Stir everything adequately.
- Now, you want to stir in the salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and flour.
- Start warming the waffle iron, and you can use 1/3 cup of the batter we just created for each waffle. In order to ensure everything is ok, add the batter at the center of the iron and spread with a spoon.
- You can serve right away, or you can add it to a baking sheet.
- It’s possible to serve it either with nut butter, applesauce, jam, fruit, or syrup if you want.
