Infant puree is by far one of the best options when it comes to a healthy breakfast. It’s one of those toddler meals that’s easy to ingest as well. Plus, it’s not very difficult to prepare, and you can use a multitude of different apple types. Some of the best varieties to use are Pink Lady, Ambrosia, Sweet Tango, and Royal Gala, among others.
Tip: Add crushed biscuits or blend them in food processor (blender).

4 Apples
4 Tbsps water
Directions
- The first thing you want to do is to peel and core the apples; then, you have to slice them.
- After that, you add them all in a small saucepan. Bring that saucepan to boil, and then reduce the heat.
- Simmer until apples are tender, which will usually take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.
- Drain and then you can keep the liquid as well.
- Blend the apples until you have a very smooth texture. Sometimes, you might need to add water; do that if possible.
- Now, you can let it cool down and serve. You can add it to the fridge in a jar, as it will help keep the puree cold and fresh for up to 4 days.
