The Apple Chia Pudding is one of those recipes that don’t need a lot of cooking time. In fact, you can prepare it in under 2 minutes.
The benefit is that it’s free of sugar, and you can also put it in the fridge for a bit if you want your child to serve more during the day. What we like about the Apple Chia Pudding is its nutritious value, the fact that any baby can ingest it with ease, and it works with rice, almonds, coconut, milk and so on. Ideally, you want to avoid any sweeteners; the apples have enough sugar to keep this breakfast healthy and tasty.
