Ingredients

2 eggs
1 Tsp of Greek yogurt
1-2 Tsp of butter

Directions

Add the yogurt and eggs to a bowl
Whisk the mixture using a fork, but make sure that you stick to a single direction, if possible.
Now, you want to heat the medium skilled over medium to low heat. In the meantime, add the butter and allow it to melt. If you see the butter bubbling, that’s when you add the eggs.
You need to cook the eggs for around 15 seconds. After that, you use a wooden spoon or spatula and fold them from the outside to the middle. Repeat this until the eggs are firm but soft.
